Last week I went to Manchester to facilitate two workshops. The first was with students from Manchester City Academy and the second with Cross Acres, a local knitting group. There were lots of interesting responses to the theme of drawing and writing and some fascinating work was produced that will be compiled into a book as part of the exhibition. Brilliant three day conference on drawing and performance. Lots of interesting live performances, video screenings and presentations. So much to think about and plenty that was relevant to W0budong. Particularly liked John Court’s writing on a box.
